Working with Marta

A clearer way to find your place on the Costa del Sol.

Buying here can feel like a lot — hundreds of listings, a new language, a process you've never done before. My work is to make it simple. I listen first, learn the life you want to build on the coast, and stay beside you from the first conversation to the keys in your hand.

Listened to first

Before a single viewing, I want to understand how you want to live — who's moving, what your days look like, what “right” actually means to you.

A shortlist, not a search

You won't wade through hundreds of listings. I bring you a considered few that genuinely fit — including new developments before they reach the open market — and I'm straight with you about the ones that don't.

With you end to end

NIE, lawyer, notary, taxes, the move itself — I stay beside you through every step, in plain language. And with a multilingual team behind me, we can support buyers across many nationalities, in the language you're most comfortable in.

Meet Marta

An advisor who actually lives the Costa del Sol life.

Marta came to Marbella for the same reasons her clients do: the light, the ease, the sense of a life with more room in it. She didn't just choose the Costa del Sol to work — she chose it to live, and that's the difference you feel working with her. She helps buyers find distinctive homes across Marbella, Estepona, Benahavís, Sotogrande and the wider Costa del Sol.

Credentials & reach

Qualified to advise you, connected to find your home.

Formally qualified

Trained as a Real Estate Judicial Expert (Perito Judicial Inmobiliario) — and a member of AESPIME, the Asociación Española de Peritos Inmobiliarios y Mediadores. Formal qualifications behind the advice mean what you get is grounded in real expertise, not guesswork.

Here for the long run

Ten years living on the Costa del Sol — I know these areas, and the life here, from the inside. My clients come from across the world — British, Polish, Spanish and Norwegian buyers among them — and I guide each of them through a process I know first-hand.

The reach of a global team

The advice is mine and mine alone. The reach is my eXp team’s — a publicly listed brokerage present in 24+ countries, so your search reaches the right properties and the right buyers well beyond the local market.

“The places we live influence how we feel, how we grow and how we experience life.”

Common questions

  • I work across Marbella, Estepona, Benahavís, Nueva Andalucía, Puerto Banús and Sotogrande — and the wider Costa del Sol when a property is the right fit for a client.

  • Yes — most of my clients are international, and I've lived and worked abroad myself, so I understand relocation and cross-border purchases from the buyer's side, not just the paperwork. Whatever your situation, I'll walk you through the practical steps.

  • In short: obtain your NIE, appoint an independent lawyer, reserve the property, sign the private purchase contract (arras), complete at the notary, then pay taxes and register. I guide you through every stage.

  • Yes. I work alongside a multilingual team of colleagues and partners, so we can look after buyers across a wide range of nationalities and languages. Whatever your first language, we'll make sure nothing is lost along the way — from the first conversation to the contract.

  • It depends on what matters most to you. A new development suits you if you want to customise finishes, move into something modern and energy-efficient, spread payment across construction stages, and have the reassurance of builder guarantees — though you may wait for completion and pay VAT. A resale suits you if you want to move in straight away, see exactly what you're buying, and choose from established, well-located neighbourhoods — often at a clearer price, with transfer tax (ITP) instead of VAT. Resales can also offer room to add value, while new builds tend to need no work and carry a ten-year structural guarantee. I'll walk you through both against your timing, budget and plans, so the choice is an easy one.

  • The easiest first step is a relaxed conversation about what you're looking for. Send me a message or a WhatsApp and we'll take it from there — no pressure, just clarity.
