What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Some are needed for the site to work; others help us understand how the site is used. Under the ePrivacy rules, cookies that are not strictly necessary — such as analytics cookies — may only be set with your consent.
Strictly-necessary cookies and storage
These keep the site working and do not require consent. They include a functional cookie that remembers your chosen language (NEXT_LOCALE), storage that keeps the chat assistant working while it is open, and security measures that protect our forms from abuse: Cloudflare Turnstile (an anti-bot challenge that may set cf_* tokens in its widget) and a server-side Upstash rate-limit that throttles repeated requests. The Upstash rate-limit is a short-lived key stored on our server — not a cookie on your device. These are all strictly necessary and are never gated behind the banner.
Analytics cookies (optional)
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics / GA4) are optional and are only set after you accept them in our cookie banner. Until you accept, no analytics cookie is placed on your device — Google Analytics (measurement ID G-7H3FWLCQMY) sets no _ga cookie before you consent.

Third-party services
Calendly. Our booking page loads a Calendly scheduling embed. It is a third-party service and only runs when you open that page; if you book, Calendly may set its own cookies under its own terms.
YouTube. Where we show a video, we use a privacy-enhanced placeholder that loads nothing from YouTube until you click play. Only when you choose to play does it load YouTube's privacy-enhanced (youtube-nocookie.com) player, under YouTube's own terms.
WhatsApp. If you choose to message us, our site simply opens a link to WhatsApp — it sets no cookie on this website.
Managing your choice
When you first visit, our banner lets you accept, reject, or choose which cookies to allow. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and analytics stays off by default. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of every page. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
